Maximum Class Size and Venue Capacity: All
classes, except Harmony Singing, will be limited to 8 persons.
Harmony Singing will be limited to 10 persons. HOWEVER, once we
have 55 registrants, registration will be closed, even if
some classes are not full. This is necessary because of venue
contraints.
Class Registrants Only: Due to limited space,
resources and a venue that is "off grid" only persons
registered in classes can stay on site.
Payment: Cheque or
money order only. Make payable to: "Kluane
Mountain Bluegrass Camp". Payment can be made in Canadian or
US Funds. US Funds will be exchanged to Canadian dollars, the
appropriate fee taken, and the balance (in $CAN) will be refunded
when you check in at camp.
Confirmation: Once
registration is received you will receive an email or mail
confirmation with further details about the
camp.
Cancellation: By May 21: 75% refund. After
May 21: no refund. NOTE: A class may be cancelled if less than 3
persons register for that particular class. In this case a full
refund will apply or you may switch to a different class if space
is available.
Pets: There is a strict no pet
policy. If you arrive with a pet you will need to stay off site
or find alternate plans for your pet.
